Fun place to be just got to watch the other children staff are really good tho and seen what was going on . My child got bitten by a zombi child staff was straight on it . And other child was asked to leave as my son happened to be victim number two . Brilliant fun for all the family

Kids absolutely loved it here as well as us adults and they did not want to leave. Staff were lovely and helpful. we had a great session full of laughter and fun. They have a lift and stairs to get to the second floor where the fun begins and reception is downstairs. Also locks upstairs and a cafe and seating area.

I held my son birthday party here. It was great, our party room was very well decorated by them, our host was kind enough to keep our cake in the fridge until needed. Jas was an amazing party host, she kept refilling our drinks and provided us with egg free cup cakes which fit the dietary requirements of our party. We were so pleased with having our party here. We would definitely recommend it

Arrived at 18.15 to be told there was no 19.00 play option. At 19.00 they then continued to open another session. Wouldn't let my daughter stay for the Full hour that we paid for but admitted if we'd asked then they would've written it on our wrist band for us to stay for the extra 15mins. Told that management say we have to get out, despite me asking whether we could have a session for an hour. So which is it? Why don't staff know the times? very rigid on the rules and then admitt you're willing to amend them when it suits you? It's a nice play area but expensive, and staff inconsistent..management didn't show their face. Nobody on food desk and was difficult to even so much as get a hot drink- they kept disappearing. Limited food options.

Turned up at 18:35pm. Drove half an hour and planned to be able to have the last bounce before close (which was 8pm) We waited outside, in the rain and cold for 5 mins as automatic sliding doors weren’t working. Finally a member of staff shows up and says they’re closing for maintenance. No mention of this on the website, or even on their social media pages. 4 very disappointed kids. Won’t be returning.

Unfortunately there isn’t an option to give a 0 as I would score a 0, 2 Asian girls who had no customer service experience what so ever made this experience so horrible for me as new mum who’s not been to an inflatable experience before had no idea you had to wear sock, so the staff which was the Asian female told me that I should go down and buy some which is fair I did when coming back up she was speaking to her other colleague which was also Asian and looking at me and laughing making it’s obvious they was have a little discussion about me, which made me feel so low in myself. When asking them what the problem is so much attitude was given from the staff when asked for the manager he didn’t seem to bothered and didn’t do anything about it. This is my first and last experience I would go too I would recommend all my family and friends not to go to West Bromwich inflatable nation waste of time and money when asked for a refund I was also refused!!!!

My little man loved it.. bit expensive for an hour. Definitely make sure when you visit to arrive early if it's your first time as you have to fill out some forms, and each session is on the hour for an hour.. so if you arrive at 13.20, you would either have to wait until 14.00 or have ur time cut short and still pay full price.
